What We Review

A practical architecture walkthrough

The review follows the systems and workflows that keep your firm operating. It is not a penetration test and does not make changes to production systems.

Network and perimeter

Firewall, Wi-Fi separation, switching, remote access, internet resilience, and physical infrastructure.

Endpoints and identity

Device protection, administrative access, MFA, account lifecycle, encryption, and patching practices.

Backup and continuity

Backup coverage, restore evidence, critical dependencies, power protection, and recovery priorities.

Cloud and collaboration

Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace access patterns, sharing, email risk, and identity controls.

Regulated workflows

How technology supports confidentiality, PHI, trust-account, closing, and other high-liability work.

Architecture and next steps

Observed gaps are organized into practical priorities rather than an unranked list of products.

What you receive

Free Systems Audit questions

Who conducts the audit?

Suncoast MIS conducts the audit and remains accountable for the review and report.

What does the systems architect inspect?

The review follows your network, endpoints, identity controls, backups, cloud services, physical infrastructure, and the workflows most important to your firm.

What access is required?

The visit begins with a walkthrough and conversation. If a configuration screen is useful, you or an authorized staff member can display it while remaining in control of the system.

Do you collect credentials?

We do not collect passwords or access codes. Please do not place credentials, patient data, client secrets, or other sensitive records in the request form.

Will anything be changed during the visit?

Nothing is changed during the visit. The Systems Audit is a non-invasive review; any future remediation is separately scoped and authorized.

How is sensitive information handled?

The report records only the configuration and risk detail needed to explain a finding. Raw passwords, access codes, and unrelated sensitive content do not belong in the report.

What do I receive?

You receive a full, customized Client Threat & Architecture Report with evidence, risk levels, and practical, prioritized findings.

How quickly is the report delivered?

No universal turnaround is promised. We confirm the expected delivery timing after the visit once the environment and report scope are clear.

Who qualifies?

The offer is for businesses located in Sarasota or Manatee County, with priority given to small legal, medical, title, real-estate, and other professional firms.

Is there an obligation or sales pitch?

No obligation follows the audit. The report may identify work Suncoast MIS can scope, but you decide what happens next.

What happens after delivery?

You may review questions with us, request a separate remediation proposal, take the work to another provider, or keep the report for internal planning.

Can I use the findings elsewhere?

You can use the findings with another provider or your internal team. The report is designed to give you a practical record of what was observed.
